How to use vue-draggable-resizable with nuxt?

There is a vue tool I'm interested in: vue-draggable-resizable ( demo ) I'm learning
Vue, I'm looking at everything using nuxt (server-side rendering) as an example.
I would like to understand how to make friends with tools that work with Vue in the browser with rendering on the server side. In other words, how to call VueDraggableResizable in a vue component when using nuxt?
The author of the tool could not help or I'm doing something wrong :(
