How to use vue cli + openserver?

Good afternoon,
I decided to learn vue cli, create a small site, and I need to make ajax requests to the database, so I want to use openserver, and I don’t know how. I created a project with vue cli webpack, with this structure.

Do I need to start openserver, and npm run buildimmediately, or some other way? Thanks in advance

In openserver, create a domain in the settings, connect to the database, start openserver and work. After launch, you can already npm run dev, npm run build, etc. Here is the lesson
