How to use vk api to publish a post on the wall in a group in which you are not the owner?

I tried to do it through wall.post, but I get the answer: VkAPIError: 15. Access denied: user should be group editor.
Is it possible to do this through vk api? How else can this process be automated?
The wall in the group is open.

you do not
need to have (account) publishing rights (i.e. the group admin must allow you to make publications in the group settings) and then you will be able to make publications in the group through the API
