on the site there are two folders for two languages,

two domain names that lead to one site:

sitename_ru.com
sitename_eng.com

another for English ones

, how to fasten one name to one folder of the site, and another to another, so

how to attach one name to one site folder and another name to another

This is at the core of any web server. For example, setting up standard Virtual hosts in Apache. No one knows what you have - what server or hosting. It's just a very basic thing, but more details should be given in the question.

To me this is nonsense.
As an example, here is this address :)

Well, in general, the .ru zone is, in principle, the Russian zone, and is unlikely to be in demand among foreigners.
If you want to attribute the English language to domains, then the Russian version of the site on .ru or .RF (it will make absolutely no difference), and the English version on .com (or others), it is many times more popular with foreigners
