How to use the TV as a monitor over WiFi?
Good afternoon!
Given: LG 32LA620V TV, desktop PC, Asus RT-N56U router.
Question for connoisseurs: is it possible to somehow stream a picture from a PC to a TV via WiFi without buying additional pieces of iron?

If you show movies, then you can use DLNA or another media stream transfer protocol. If you have http streams supported there, then you can stream a picture from the screen via http with vlc, something like this:
vlc.exe screen:// :screen-fps=30 :screen-caching=100 --sout '#transcode{ vcodec=mp4v,vb=4096,acodec=mpga,ab=256,scale=1,width=1280,height=800}:standard{access=http, mux=ts, dst=192.168.0.1:8080}'
Maybe can be vlc and broadcast in dlna, but who knows)
In general, see what streams your TV can receive, then create this stream on the PC for the desired screen / file / etc.
