How to use the progress bar if there are a lot of files to upload?

Good night, tell me how to use the ProgressBar when uploading a lot of files.
I always have a different list of links and the program only knows about it when I click on the button.
I receive a list of links and through the WebClient I download them.
I found examples on google and toaster but there for one file.
I wanted the ProgressBar to show information based on the number of files I'm downloading.
