How to use the passed parameter when building into a custom script?

Before building (yarn build) the project, the custom script (script.js)

"build" is run: "node script.js && vue-cli-service build"

I want the yarn build --noversion option to be present when building . In this case, it's just a build without running a custom script. Some more subtle way than declaring a new yarn rule in package.json
