system allows you to collect the MAC addresses of smartphones located in the device's coverage area, for further geotagging in systems (Yandex Audience and Yandex Direct) and Mail.ru (myTarget system) or Facebook

Do you know that MAC can only identify devices within the network? I ran the packet through the router and that's it, the original mac is lost.
