And there is a router with a round 9V connector. All appliances have a 220V plug. There were no problems connecting the PC, but how to connect all other devices ?! Can I connect an electric lamp with an LED bulb or a drill to this UPS? Tell me please!

Good day.
On Aliexpress (and in local computer stores, most likely, if a large city) there are IEC 320 C14 / UPS adapters (which the UPS has) -> socket (for example, for a router). For laptops, there is "IEC 320 C14 (which is in the UPS) --> IEC C5 (which is in the laptop charger)". For a conventional power supply, the company "IEC 320 C14 --> IEC 320 C13" seems to have not confused with the names.
You can connect a lamp without problems (and everything that is less than 500 watts in total, and do not confuse watts with Volts / Amps) You
can connect a drill if it is 300 watts, but it’s better not to (because high starting currents) Yes, and drills do not care about power surges, so there is no point in connecting it through a stabilizer.
