How to use Size classes correctly?

With the release of iOS8 and iPhone6/6+, Apple offered the size classes system to develop an interface for all devices. The question arose, how to beautifully take into account the difference in screen sizes of iPhones 5-6+, knowing that they belong to the same size classes? If we can set block sizes in proportion to their parent blocks, then what should we do with text sizes, for example? We can set it different for different size classes, but this only helps in the case of iPhone / iPad, and for iPhone 5-6+ you have to manually set the values in the code.
