How to run iOS app as root?

There are source codes of the iOS application. There is an iPhone with iOS 7.1.2 and Jailbreak. The application needs to create its own folder in /usr/
libexec Xcode on the device launches the app as a Mobile user.
Is there any way to build and run the application as root?
