Hello. I connect Yandex.Checkout on the website. The site itself is built on 1C-Bitrix edition start. Connected Yandex.Checkout via e-mail protocol. Could you tell me, please, how it is possible to save completed monetary transactions in the system itself?

to take a ready-made module for Bitrix from them and disassemble it (fortunately, they are not compiled).
Or ask for integration instructions.
There are really a couple of nuances. This is a shopping cart - usually all the integration dances around the shopping cart. The second is a handler on your server that you will install or use to process incoming messages ....
I would rather do it not by e-mail, but by API
