How to use php-fpm?

Hello! I installed php5-fpm on a VDS with Debian Jessie 8.5
How do I now change the PHP version to 5 for a particular virtual host?
I can't use Docker for these purposes, because VDS with OVZ virtualization and Linux 2.6 kernel.
