How to use Nodetime?

Found an interesting monitoring for Node.js nodetime.com
Connected, looked and read the documentation. I'm not very good with English. Yes, and I recently started to study the node, so if there is someone who has already used this profiler, then share your experience of using it.
How much I understood from docks there it is possible to monitor requests to a DB. But I still don't understand how to do it.

It is very easy to use, you paste a small piece of code into your project and then you go to look at the nodetime website. There are many options for every taste. Nodetime can monitor a lot of things, it finds out whether you are using a database, radish, http requests and monitors them.
It also monitors system parameters (CPU, load average, ...) and allows you to slice application memory.
In general, first you need to decide what you generally need to monitor.
