How to use namespace and own directories in kohana 2.3?

The kohan has a directory structure that must be respected. I want to add my directories, for example

project
    - modules
        - Modul
             - Repository //вот тут всё перестаёт работать.

Is there some way to get around this and use the normal psr class names and namespaces.
