Kohana official Russian-language forum: how to get there?
On Habré, they write a lot about the Kohana framework . That's how I started studying it. When questions accumulated, I decided to register on the official Russian-language Kohana forum.
Forum link: http://forum.kohanaframework.org/categories/russkoyazychnoe-soobschestvo .
I read the topics, went through the registration procedure. I log in, and in response to me:
No discussions were found.
Being logged in, I try to reopen http://forum.kohanaframework.org/categories/russkoyazychnoe-soobschestvo , and I get the answer:
Page Not Found
The page you were looking for could not be found.
I clear cookies from forum.kohanaframework.org, refresh the page - I see the forum normally. I open another browser, the same song - until I logged in, you can read the forum. And as logged in - nothing is available at all.
What kind of nonsense? How do people write there?
I read further, maybe where will the contacts be? It is written that there is a kohana-world room on the conference.jabber.ru server. In fact, it turned out that such a conference, at least at the moment, does not exist.
Further, in the php-club.ru they tell me that I need to write something to someone so that they give access to the conference:

Here is an extract from it:
Due to a recent spate of spam bot attacks, this forum currently requires one of the moderators to every approve new registration to the site. As part of the registration process you must enter a short statement regarding why you wish to join the forum. To guarantee access, please ensure you do the following;
— Write a short statement that explains clearly your intentions for joining.
— Keep the statement to one sentence.
Any statement the moderators cannot understand or does not clearly state the intentions for joining will be rejected.
That is, it is proposed to write a statement of intent to join the community. The application must be one sentence. But it does not say WHERE to send this application.
Bottom line: this quest is beyond my comprehension.
How the hell do you get access to the official Kohana forum? What do developers / forum admins think?

They have a funny forum. I read it, tried to register - nothing is available for a registered user, unlike a guest.
Try writing to [email protected]
Try to write in a personal, for example, forum.kohanaframework.org/profile/181/samsoir
The reasons why such an unpleasant event as a half-open registration takes place are described in the topic to which you have already given a link .
