How to use movie posters in android app in google play?

Hello!
There is a poster application that publishes the schedule of films in cinemas, the description of the film and the poster for the film.
I uploaded it to google play, and it was rejected for copyright infringement, and they told me to delete the movie posters.
How can I legally use these posters in the app?
Somehow they are used by other poster applications.

I had a similar problem with the music app and album art. I had to use stubs for screenshots with images that do not violate rights.
