How to use messages.send method through VK Bots Longpoll Api?

I am writing a bot using Vk Longpoll API. I heard that VK recently restricted access to messages via longpoll. How now to get an access token with which you can send messages?

VK has not restricted anything for VK Bots Longpoll Api. They limited the methods of this section to only work with the page, everything works well with the group token.
