Telegram has a method to change the image, it accepts an InputMedia:

  type: "photo",
  media: ИЗОБРАЖЕНИЕ,
  caption: ТЕКСТ,
  parse_mode: "Markdown",
}

So, the formatting does not work, although I specified parse_mode
