How to use local GoogleChrom database?

Fellow developers, tell me a working solution how to use the browser's local Chrome database to save data offline? The data will be stored by the Google Chrome application, the maximum data size is up to 7mb. For small data I use "chrome.storage.local.set", but I don't understand how to store table structures. Tell! Any links to Russian or foreign documents, libraries, examples will help. I don't know what to look for.
