How to use linux built-in text editor and edit files in it via ssh?

I connect to the server through the terminal, I want to use a normal GUI editor, not nano or vim , any one will do, not necessarily sublime
how to do it?

I'm from the Ubuntu 20.04 desktop system, I
want to ssh 192.168.1.xx
sudo subl /var/www/html/index.html
ctrl+S
and order :)

It's too early for you on Linux.
