How to use links like apt on habré?

The Ubuntu blog often posts articles about new programs. To download the program, you need to either find it somewhere on the site or in the Application Center. In order to get around the problem, you can use links of the form
apt://имя_пакета
But the habraparser cuts out the colon in such links. So how do you insert such a link?

Perhaps it should have been sent not here, but to the authors of the habra.

Yes, you can feed the shortener. is.gd is exactly right, I passed the android market links through it.

What's the point in posting links like this? after all, you can just write sudo apt-get install <exact package name> if there is an off-rep. as for me, there is almost no difference that the link is clicked, that the line is copied to the terminal.
