How to use imports-loader in react universal app?

You need to attach jvectormap.com
I downloaded the js file and put it next to it.
import './jquery-jvectormap-2.0.3.min' throws "error given was: ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined"
I set 'imports-loader' and 'jquery'
import 'imports?jQuery=>jquery!./jquery -jvectormap-2.0.3.min' throws "error given was: Error: Cannot find module 'imports?jQuery=>jquery!./jvectormap'"
