How to use gulp with php + liverload or better openserver?

From php, I essentially only need include and the .php file extensions themselves, I don’t understand how to set it all together so that liveload works.
Now I have everything set to html, but php does not work without any Apaches, etc., I thought to screw everything to openserver, but again the question arises with the domain .. completely confused, help me out :(

PHP works without Apache, it has its own built-in web server...

Yuzay openserver, really did not understand what kind of question you have there "again with the domain" for him the domain is not needed.
