How to use formulas to find data in Google spreadsheets and insert multiple values on another sheet?

I have two sheets in google sheets.

The first sheet (Herbs) lists many names with their functions. For easier search, I made search keywords.

On the "collector" sheet in cell B3, I need to find and collect all the names from column "A" from the sheet "Herbs" by keyword1 in column "C". Through a separator or in a column. So that in the end on the "Assembler" sheet in cell B3 I would have: word1, word3, word4 (as in the example).

Through the VLOOKUP, it finds a generally inappropriate name and only in the singular, but I need multiple values in the line (enumeration of names). Through complex formulas like "search" + "if", "account if" also failed to collect. But there is a possibility that I just did not have enough brains.

In the screenshots, I removed everything superfluous so as not to confuse.
