How to use facebook api?

I'm trying to figure out how to run ads in Python through the Facebook api. It seems that their documentation is good ( https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api... but for some reason I can’t enter where to get tokens, etc. Can anyone explain on the fingers?
