How to use custom fonts in HTC widget development?

I made a widget (electronic clock ticking) with my own fonts, launched it on Sony Z3, everything works smoothly.
Filled the widget on HTC Butterfly 2 - it works, but the font is not mine, but some probably standard native. Actually the question is how to use the fonts correctly so that it works on the htc device.

I don’t know how it is now, earlier it was impossible to use a custom font anywhere on widgets, you had to draw text on a bitmap.
