How to use Asp.Core 3.1 to use rdl files?
Found use cases via IFrame but they were done via aspx. But I don't really understand how to implement it.
I found an option to do it through a third-party server that will provide information. Are there any options to only give links to the database and to the rdl file?

I can suggest you use Fastreport, there is an open source version.
