There is a web service built on the asp.net c# stack.
I am an interface designer and my task is to redesign this service. I threw off the layouts, but the results of the developer are very different from the layouts. The developer says that not everything is so simple, because. it is ASP there is a heap of any reefs.
Question:
1) is it possible to hire an intelligent coder to make a design, and then link it with ASP?
2) is the developer lying? :)
