How to use API reference in Angular?

There is a link to the Bitrix24 REST API https://unpkg.com/[email protected]/lib/index.js and I would like to use these functions in my Angular application for Bitrix. The most interesting thing is that there are functions in NPM that allow you to log in to Bitrix24 and get authorization data, but there is no Bitrix24 REST API for interacting with their platform.
How can I import the data from this link into an Angular application and use it there.
I just don't want to write an application in JS without using Angular.
