How to use AngularJS in cordova?

Started building a mobile app using Cordova and Angular. I made a couple of screens - everything works well on the computer (virtual host on Apache). But when I transfer it to the phone, it perceives applications as a set of html files and ng-route does not work. instead of following a link like /#/link - an error appears. How to be?
