How to use an anonymous volume again when the associated container is deleted?

Deleted the container created with the anonymous volume. Tom stayed.
Can the volume be used again? Mount? Rename and mount?
Or is it now garbage and needs to be removed?

Mount it, but if it doesn’t work then:
Bolt it all in and remove
