How to use a video card?
Hello. Tell me, please, ideas how you can spend the resources of the video?
There is iron, where everything is very heavily used (RAM, disk, percent), but the video recorder is idle.
Maybe you can somehow give part of the load (proc / RAM / disk) to the video? If so, how?
For more than a year, the GTX1060 at 6GB just hangs idle. It's a shame.

Part of the load from the CPU to the GPU can only be transferred for those tasks that support GPU acceleration. For example, video encoding, 3D rendering, password guessing, etc. This does not mean that any program of this type can be run on a video card - for each, go to the settings and see if there is such a checkmark there.
