How to use a photo on a site from Yandex.Disk?

There is a public folder on Yandex.Disk.
Using the API, I got a link to a specific photo (example: Link to photo )
BUT! Inserting on the site into the img tag does not work (the browser gives a 403 error).
If someone worked with the Disk - tell me.
