How to upload photos to vk via api?

It doesn’t work out to send a photo to the public (along with the post). Can anyone suggest how to do it using this class https://github.com/vladkens/VK or some other way?

Did you ask for the rights you need to post on the wall? (The wall.post method is only available for standalone applications)
