How to upload orders entered in 1C UT to the Bitrix website?

Good afternoon!
There is a database of the organization on 1C: UT 11 versions.
It has a module for synchronizing goods, orders and everything in the database with the site on Bitrix.
Unloading works fine in both directions.
BUT!
If you create an order in UT, it does not get into Bitrix ..
I thought that the problem was in the name of the order, it is also a number.
Created an order with a simple serial number as in Bitrix.
The order was not uploaded to the site.
TP Bitrixoids cannot adequately answer. All settings are enabled for upload.
I give the settings in the screenshot.
Maybe someone did something like this?

If you create an order in UT, it does not get into Bitrix..

1. Does it fit into the exchange plan?
2. Is it uploaded to a file on disk, turn off direct upload.
