How to upload only minified files to the server?

1. PHPStorm 9.
2. YUICompressor minifies js and css files. (.min.css and .min.js)
3. Installed auto-deploy to the server with a checkbox (upload external chenges)
With this scheme, both files (.css and .min.css) are uploaded to the server, but you want only the minified one.
Is it possible only with a separate folder for files that are synchronized with the server? In this case, each project will have to use such a scheme, which seems to be of dubious convenience.
