How to upload music from server to iOS app?

The task is to make a player in the application.
Music is uploaded to the mixcloud / soundcloud / server / dropbox, you need to get the address to download the mp3 file.
SoundCloud and MixCloud give out only the name of the tracks, without a link
I tried it through Dropbox - it downloads an unspecified file (a file without a format (although the sleep explorer works correctly))
who knows how to solve the problem?
according to the principle of online listening and downloaded tracks in vk / apple music should work

Did for soundcloud:
- received a link to streaming playback
- then saved the received data to a file.
- mp3 is saved on my device.
Couldn't find any other way.
