Please recommend a service, platform, component, anything that can be used to make an iPad application that displays a PDF document.
Google research showed only expensive services like Adobe DPS.

Standard UIWebView shows PDF fine

Writing a program that displays PDF is easy enough because this format is native to iOS/OSX. Many components (including the already mentioned UIWebView) display it adequately. If desired, you can write your own control.
