What cards can be used in the paid iOS application?
I am personally familiar with three maps:
1. Relatives - they are not suitable due to the lack of houses even in large cities
2. Yandex ones - they stopped updating + as far as I understand, you can’t draw overlays on the map there (I want to draw circles / circles). Also, as I understand it, the application should be free.
3. Google - overlays can be drawn, but again, the application is free.
Who solved the problem with the cards? Or if you don’t want to use apple cards at all, then the only way is to make the application free, insert banners into the application and turn them off for in-app purchases?

Openstreetmap maps ( openstreetmap.ru/) should suit you.
They can be connected in almost any way (including as WMS), or found in desktop formats (shapefile and others).
The only question is the trust in these cartographic materials.
You can find a huge amount of information about OSM on the Internet, including on Habré.
Native Apple maps were not used due to low detail.
We used Yandex.Maps as the basis and point data for the map using the 2GIS API.
The application is free.
