How to upload ipa file to apple server using XCode?

iOS

There is an ipa file that was created using the phonegap builder.
I prepared everything according to the instructions on the apple developer page.
It remains only to upload the file.
Tried to upload a file using Application Loader
Error:

What could be the problem?
I tried to override the file - it did not help.
Now I'm thinking to try through Xcode 7.2 which I don't know at all.
How to do it?
