How to upload files that fit the restrictions in Drupal via plupload?

Bottom line: the plupload library is used (integrated by the module of the same name). When setting the limit to 5MB here admin/config/media/file-settings stops uploading files larger than 5 MB (which is logical).
Problem: when you throw a bunch of files, even if only one does not fit in size, all files are not loaded.
The essence of the question: how to make sure that all files that fit in size are loaded, and the rest are not?
