How to upload/delete large files in Laravel?

The site will work with large files. The logic is this. There is a file upload button in the admin panel, when you click in the pop-up, a file manager window opens, in which you can upload / delete / scatter files into folders. After all the manipulations, the user can select a file, the popup is hidden and the file address is thrown into the input.
How can this be implemented? Is there a better solution?
