you can download any html + js player, specify a link to the playlist with these videos and upload the player along with the video to ipfs with the following command:
ipfs add -r /path/to/media/
accordingly, the player and the video will be located in this folder. then open the link in the browser. there will be something similar to 127.0.0.1:8080/ipfs/QmWeSDEJBJQKo42aY8zdJwJS6PcMHH...
