How to upload a site and publish on github?

I'm new and can't upload my site to github, or rather sqw.github.io my site won't get published. Just a 404 error.

The title details https://pages.github.com/
Your repository doesn't look like https://github.com/username/username.github.io , I didn't find sqw user
should be https://github.com/ MaxSqw/MaxSqw.github.io
