How to upload a product through Amazon MWS if it is already there, but with incorrect data?

I ship items to Amazon via Amazon MWS. When a product with this ean is already in Amazon, but it has a different name, the product does not go through. You can send without a name and he will take it from an existing product, but it is often incorrect. I would like to understand how to still upload a product with the correct name, if it is already in Amazon with the wrong one.
