How to upload a file to cloud.mail.ru via command line?

There is a Synology NAS (with linux on board), on it - a file of ~ 200 GB. Is it possible to somehow upload it to the mail.ru Cloud via the command line (so as not to transfer it to a PC, and then upload it through the browser for a very long time)?

The cloud has a maximum file size limit of 32GB.
