How to upgrade kubernetes API's from version 1.19 to 1.20?

How do I find which resources in my cluster (AWS EKS) version 1.19 need to be upgraded to work correctly in version 1.20? In particular apis.

For 1.16 there are a lot of all sorts of links, but for 1.20 I didn’t find anything.

Before the upgrade, the command is launched
kubeadm upgrade plan
And at the bottom of the output a list of changed resources is displayed

I have EKS cluster, not kubeadm
