How to upgrade from Ubuntu to Windows 10?

The essence of the problem is that I can’t boot Windows from a bootable USB flash drive. After I choose to boot from a USB flash drive in the boot-menu, my computer turns off, but all linux distributions boot without problems.

Alternatively, if you're currently on Ubuntu, install a WoeUSB and make a bootable Windows flash drive in it.
Before writing an image to a flash drive, you should also check the hash sums, the image may be broken.

What did you do with the flash drive?
Try simply formatting it to NTFS, copying the files from the Windows 10 installation disk to it, and booting from it.
