How to update xpenology?

Installed xpenology on esxi, but when xpenology is updated, it crashes, how to solve? Thanks in advance

crashes due to the fact that the bootloader (xpenoboot) does not support the new version of xpenology. you need to update it first. I put it on real hardware without esxi and then the matter is solved simply by updating the flash drive with the bootloader.

No way. Xpenology is a sawn version of synology, stolen by someone and adapted to work in a virtual machine. It cannot be updated.
